He ventured in to business in March 1999 with four employees and has led his company to be an innovative business process-outsourcing and human resource outsourcing services provider for multinationals and top international and national businesses in Sri Lanka. He has been the driving force behind Du Pal (Pvt) Ltd a pioneer in Human Resource Outsourcing in Sri Lana, and now has expanded into diverse areas of businesses, including Distribution of global and local brands, Export-Import trading across the shores of Sri Lanka, end-to-end Third Party Sales Services provision for International and Local banks, and with UpWrite, full-potential content development.
