What exactly is a full-service marketing agency?
We are a one-stop shop for all things marketing. Think of it as an outsourced marketing division. From campaign planning to advertising, content writing to digital marketing, PR to branding, we do it all. However, if you require a one-time service, say writing content for your website, we can do that too.

What are your rates?
Our rates differ from project to project. We determine our rates based on the nature of the project, the duration, the effort required by our team, platforms, and a number of other factors. Once the brief is received, we discuss the process, and the required effort and accordingly determine our rate together with the client.

How BIG is your team?
UWC is a network of marketing, creative, and advertising professionals who collaborate on projects based on their independent requirements. We can be as big as you want us to be or as small a team as you’d wish.

Manju Ariyaratne is the founder and CEO of Du Pal Private Limited a leading business process outsourced service provider in Sri Lanka. He possess a multifaceted management skills set developed over a 32-year professional working career and entrepreneurship, across a wide cross-section of industries and services including Apparel Industry, Telecommunications, FMCG, Technology, Retailing, Financial Services, Insurance Brokering, Debt Recovery Services, Human Resource Outsourcing and Outsourced Sales operations.
He ventured in to business in March 1999 with four employees and has led his company to be an innovative business process-outsourcing and human resource outsourcing services provider for multinationals and top international and national businesses in Sri Lanka. He has been the driving force behind Du Pal (Pvt) Ltd a pioneer in Human Resource Outsourcing in Sri Lana, and now has expanded into diverse areas of businesses, including Distribution of global and local brands, Export-Import trading across the shores of Sri Lanka, end-to-end Third Party Sales Services provision for International and Local banks, and with UpWrite, full-potential content development.
Manju is an accomplished pioneer in developing innovative sales and marketing and business process outsourcing for local and global brands with notable record of results in maximizing revenue and profitability. He exemplifies Du Pal’s and all its associate company’s commitment to helping clients achieve high performance, as a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams, and a disciplined focus on operations and successful execution. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K.

Mithila, is a Chartered Engineer, in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering and has over 25 years of experience working in the Telecommunication and Broadcast and Software Industries.
Having Graduated in 1992, Mithila’s exposure in to varied fields including, Data Communication Services, Fixed and Mobile Telephony Services, Wireless Technology Solutions and Software Engineering at Management, C -Level positions has provided him with a well-rounded background in Corporate Management.
He is a Co Founder at the SNIPEXX Sales and Service Academy and Upwrite Consulting where he drives an agenda of innovation and disruption
Mithila is an avid reader / follower and promoter of entrepreneurship and has always looked for ways to expand the Sri Lankan frame of reference. He has engaged in many projects and continues to foster more projects, in areas that opens Sri Lanka’s eyes to world at large and to see possibilities presented outside of our island nation. A strong believer in the capability, capacity and talent of Sri Lankans, Mithila strongly believes that, in order for this small country to make it’s mark in the world, we need to promote freedom of thinking ( free of social and religious and cultural boundaries).
While Travel, Adventure Sports are Mithila’s favourite past times, he spends a great deal of time cycling and has in Cycled around Sri Lanka for charities, completed several endurance rides which has given him a different view of Sri Lanka. He is looking for greater challenges and has his sights set on activities which will take the current level of challenges several notches higher.

Having functioned as an intrapreneur and an entrepreneur, Jehan CanagaRetna brings over 29 years of general management expertise with a strong emphasis on marketing and business development. During this period, Jehan has gained domain expertise in Healthcare, Apparel, HR Consulting, Service Sector (Courier / Taxi), Entertainment and Eco Tourism both in Sri Lanka and overseas. Described as energetic, focused and driven adopting a commonsense approach, Jehan has built strong business relationships and contacts locally as well as internationally including USA, Bangladesh, Kenya and India.
The Founder of JC International Trading and JC Entertainments (Pvt) Ltd, Jehan currently engages in apparel exporting to the German and Australian market, apparels to the domestic market in Sri Lanka, accessory supply to the local apparel industry, HR recruitment and consulting for companies in Sri Lanka, promoting Eco Tourism within the jungles of Sri Lanka, and arranging concerts for charitable organizations. He has held positions of strength in companies such as Mast Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (now called Brandix Lanka) and MAS Active (Pvt) Ltd. He was a C-level employee at both companies.
Jehan completed his high school education at Royal College Sri Lanka and his tertiary education (BA) & postgraduate (MBA) education in the USA. He has lived and worked in the USA for approximately 10 years. He has held / holds positions in social and non- government organizations being the past President of the Ceylonese Rugby & Football Club, the current General Secretary of the Wildlife Nature Protections Society (WNPS) and a former Council Member of the Sri Lanka Rugby Union.
